- Summary
Prestige is how a ball keeps growing after 6★: the four kinds of Prestige Fragment, where they come from, what each prestige level adds, and what happens to prestige in a trade.Prestige is the step after 6★: Prestige Fragments I to IV, what each prestige level adds to CP, and how prestige works in trades and duels.
- Removed: Prestige is the growth step that opens once a ball reaches 6★. Stars stop at six, and prestige takes over from there. The ball's screen shows a **Prestige** button next to Level Up, and the collection filter lists prestige ranks from 1✦ to 6✦ beside the star ranks 1★ to 6★.
- Removed:
- Removed: {{balls: 361:0=Eclipse, 955:0=African Union, 203:0=British Empire, 99:0=Fourth Reich}}
- Added: Prestige is how a ball keeps growing once it reaches 6★. It only starts at 6★, so a Mythical, which starts at 6★, can prestige right away, while a Common has to rank up first.
- Removed: Because a Mythical starts at 6★, it can prestige the day you pull it. A Common starts at 1★ and has five star ranks to climb first, a Rare has three, and a Legendary only one.
- Added: {{balls: 361:0=Eclipse, 955:0=African Union, 99:0=Fourth Reich}}
- ## Prestige Fragments
- Removed: Prestige is paid for with **Prestige Fragments**, which come in four kinds: I, II, III and IV. The game's own description of Fragment I is that it's for the first prestige tiers of 6-star balls, which suggests the higher fragments are for the higher levels. How many fragments each level takes, and which kinds, isn't known yet.
- Removed:
- Removed: There are three main ways to get them.
- Removed:
- Removed: ### The Glory Shop
- Removed:
- Removed: The Glory Shop, on the Battle screen, sells all four kinds for Glory, the currency PvP wins pay. Its stock is limited and restocks once a week. The prices it showed in October 2026 were:
- Removed:
- Removed: - **Fragment I:** 50 Glory.
- Removed: - **Fragment II:** 150 Glory and 1,000 Clay.
- Removed: - **Fragment III:** 300 Glory and 5,000 Clay.
- Removed: - **Fragment IV:** 1,500 Glory and 10,000 Clay.
- Removed:
- Removed: On that screen Fragment I was sold out for the week, with five Fragment II and three each of III and IV left.
- Removed:
- Removed: ### Fragment Pouches
- Removed:
- Removed: Fragment Pouches I to IV are sold in the Recipe Shop for Aether Dust: 50,000 for Pouch I, 75,000 for II, 150,000 for III and 500,000 for IV. Pouches also turn up as rewards, for example as the three-star bonus on solo campaign stages such as the Primal Siraj stage.
- Removed:
- Removed: ### Raids
- Added: Prestige costs **Prestige Fragments**, which come in four kinds, I to IV. Fragment I covers the first prestige tiers for 6★ balls, and the higher fragments cover the higher tiers.
- Removed: Raid clears pay fragments along with their other rewards. One 3★ Frogi clear on October 22, 2026, paid each rewarded raider 16 Fragment I, 12 Fragment II, 10 Fragment III and 2 Fragment IV, on top of 3,000 Clay, 18,700 Influence and 2,360 Aether Dust. See [Raids and Mymics](wiki:raids-and-mymics).
- Added: You get them from:
- Removed: ## What each level adds
- Added: - The **Glory Shop**, paid for with Glory from PvP wins, plus Clay for fragments II to IV. Stock is limited and restocks weekly.
- Added: - **Fragment Pouches**, from crafting.
- Added: - **Raids**, where Prestige Fragments are the most common reward after currencies.
- Removed: Each prestige level adds a fixed amount of CP, and it's the same for every ball, whatever its rarity:
- Added: ## What prestige adds
- Removed: - **Prestige 1:** +500 CP.
- Removed: - **Prestige 2:** +600 CP.
- Removed: - **Prestige 3:** +800 CP.
- Removed: - **Prestige 4:** +1,000 CP.
- Added: Each prestige level adds a fixed amount of CP, the same for every ball:
- Removed: That's 2,900 CP from the first four levels. For comparison, taking a ball from level 1 to level 20 adds 950 CP, and maxing all three orb tracks adds 270. Of the steps whose size is known, prestige is the biggest. What prestige 5 and 6 add isn't known.
- Added: - Prestige 1: +500 CP.
- Added: - Prestige 2: +600 CP.
- Added: - Prestige 3: +800 CP.
- Added: - Prestige 4: +1,000 CP.
- Removed: A real example: an Eclipse at level 25 and prestige 4, with its Attack orbs at 10, Multiattack at 6 and Ultimate at 8, showed 8,827 CP on its screen.
- Added: So a ball at prestige 4 has 2,900 more CP than the same ball at 6★ with no prestige. Since CP raises both a ball's hit and its HP in a duel, that gap counts twice in a fight.
- Removed: ## Prestige in fights
- Added: The game shows prestige ranks with ✦ marks in the roster filter, 1✦ to 6✦. Items also use ✦ marks, for their tier, so the screen you're on tells you which one it means.
- Removed: In PvP and war duels, CP is the number almost everything is built on. A ball's max HP is its CP times a factor from its Population, and its normal hit is 40% of its CP times a factor from its Military. Since prestige raises CP, it raises both at once. See [Country stats](wiki:country-stats).
- Added: ## Prestige in duels
- Removed: Prestige also feeds **Speed** through the ball's rank, which is its stars plus its prestige. A 6★ ball at prestige 3 is rank 9. Each rank above 1 adds 5% to Speed. Speed only decides who hits first when both balls Attack, and adds no damage of its own. See [How a duel works](wiki:how-a-duel-works).
- Added: In PvP and war duels, a ball's rank is its stars plus its prestige. A 6★ ball at prestige 3 is rank 9. Rank feeds Speed, which decides who hits first when both balls Attack. Speed adds no damage of its own.
- ## Prestige in trades
- Removed: When two balls are traded, both end at the **lower** prestige of the two. Prestige never carries across, so trading a prestige 4 ball for a prestige 0 one leaves you with a prestige 0 ball. The same rule applies to level: both end at the lower level, and the Influence spent on the higher one is lost. Both balls also get a new primary typing.
- Added: When two balls are traded, both end at the **lower** prestige of the two. Prestige never moves across in a trade, so trading a high-prestige ball for a low one loses the difference. Both balls also end at the lower level, and both get a new primary typing.
- Removed: Mythicals can't be traded at all, so prestige on a Mythical is always safe. For anything else, prestige the copies you mean to keep. See [Trades and friends](wiki:trades-and-friends).
- Added: Mythicals can't be traded at all.
- ## Quests
- Removed: Some level quests ask for prestige. The Level 27 quest asks you to prestige 10 new balls to Prestige 4.
- Added: Some level quests ask for prestige, for example raising a number of new balls to Prestige 4.
- ## On polbielytics
- Removed: Each ball's page has a CP growth table showing what the ball reaches at each prestige level. Your profile lists your balls with their stars and prestige.
- Added: A ball's page shows how its CP grows step by step, including each prestige level. Your profile lists your balls with their stars and prestige.
This version
Prestige is how a ball keeps growing once it reaches 6★. It only starts at 6★, so a Mythical, which starts at 6★, can prestige right away, while a Common has to rank up first.
Prestige Fragments
Prestige costs Prestige Fragments, which come in four kinds, I to IV. Fragment I covers the first prestige tiers for 6★ balls, and the higher fragments cover the higher tiers.
You get them from:
- The Glory Shop, paid for with Glory from PvP wins, plus Clay for fragments II to IV. Stock is limited and restocks weekly.
- Fragment Pouches, from crafting.
- Raids, where Prestige Fragments are the most common reward after currencies.
What prestige adds
Each prestige level adds a fixed amount of CP, the same for every ball:
- Prestige 1: +500 CP.
- Prestige 2: +600 CP.
- Prestige 3: +800 CP.
- Prestige 4: +1,000 CP.
So a ball at prestige 4 has 2,900 more CP than the same ball at 6★ with no prestige. Since CP raises both a ball's hit and its HP in a duel, that gap counts twice in a fight.
The game shows prestige ranks with ✦ marks in the roster filter, 1✦ to 6✦. Items also use ✦ marks, for their tier, so the screen you're on tells you which one it means.
Prestige in duels
In PvP and war duels, a ball's rank is its stars plus its prestige. A 6★ ball at prestige 3 is rank 9. Rank feeds Speed, which decides who hits first when both balls Attack. Speed adds no damage of its own.
Prestige in trades
When two balls are traded, both end at the lower prestige of the two. Prestige never moves across in a trade, so trading a high-prestige ball for a low one loses the difference. Both balls also end at the lower level, and both get a new primary typing.
Mythicals can't be traded at all.
Quests
Some level quests ask for prestige, for example raising a number of new balls to Prestige 4.
On polbielytics
A ball's page shows how its CP grows step by step, including each prestige level. Your profile lists your balls with their stars and prestige.
