Terms of service

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms apply when you use polbielytics.win. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

About polbielytics

polbielytics is an independent, unofficial third-party website that publishes statistics about Polandball Go, run by LIS and Stone Apps. It is not made, owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Zone Gaming LLC, and it is not affiliated with Zone Gaming LLC. Polandball Go, its names, art and game data belong to their owners and are used with the express permission of Zone Gaming LLC and the Polandball Go developers. That permission is not an endorsement, and Zone Gaming LLC is not responsible for this site.

Who can use it

Anyone can browse the site. You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy Premium.

Your account

• Only verify a Polandball Go account that is yours. If two people claim the same game account, the one who can prove control of it keeps it, and we may remove links that are disputed or misused.
• Keep your sign-in methods (email, passkeys, Discord, Google) secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Attack, overload or try to break into the site, or bypass its limits.
• Scrape the site in a way that burdens it (the game's own API is the better source).
• Impersonate other players, or use the site to harass anyone.
• Use any data from this site to build or publish tools, pages or lists that single out a player for harassment, stalking, doxxing or targeting, or that track one person's activity over time.
• Use the site to break the law or Polandball Go's rules.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is an optional paid subscription, billed through Stripe. It currently includes the PvP calculator, the alliance war room, the war strategist, no ads, and a Premium badge on your profile. For a limited time, one Premium member opens the war room for every verified member of their alliance (the Alliance Sponsors promotion). A verified member is one who has verified their game account here. That access ends when that member's Premium lapses or they leave the alliance, and the promotion itself may end at any time, after which only a member's own Premium opens the war room. Every stat, tier list, profile and raid page is free to everyone and stays that way; if we remove something significant from Premium we will tell subscribers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Prices are shown before you pay, including any tax. If a price changes, it applies from your next renewal and we'll tell you before it does.
• Payments are non-refundable for partial periods, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you think a charge is wrong, email us with the date and the last four digits on the receipt and we will look it up.
• If you're in the EU or UK, you agree that Premium starts immediately when you subscribe, which means the 14-day withdrawal right ends once it has started, as the law allows for digital services.
• Premium does not change anything in Polandball Go itself.

The Discord app

• polbielyticsBot is free and provided as is. Its answers come from the same data as the site, with the same limits on accuracy.
• Server admins who set up war reminders choose where they post, and are responsible for that channel. Anyone they let run the command can do the same.
• Don't use the app to spam, to get around Discord's rules, or to overload the site. We may limit or switch off the app, in one server or everywhere, at any time.
• Discord's own Terms of Service and policies also apply when you use the app.

Ads

The site may show ads from third parties. We don't endorse what they advertise.

How accurate the stats are

Every figure here is counted from the official Polandball Go API, which means it can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Nothing on this site is a guarantee about the game, and the methodology page says how each number is made so you can judge it yourself.

Copyright

The site's own code, design and analysis belong to its operators. Game content belongs to its owners. If something here infringes your rights, email us saying what the work is and where it appears; if the claim holds up we take it down.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (or USD $10 if you paid nothing). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending your account, or the site

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, or shut the site down; if we end Premium service we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes give notice on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where polbielytics' operators are based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can't be waived. Any dispute that goes to court belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in that state.
