Lotzie is a 3-star raid boss, Cosmic/Energy type. It turns up in 3-star raids on floor 6. It has 250,000 health. It drops Windeluft (4-star).

Its effects:

• Lotzie Vengeance: On defeat, randomly spawn one of: Vengeful Frogi, Vengeful Mud, or Vengeful Luna.
• Neutralize: When I gain a new Status Effect, I also gain a stack of Shield.
